- Branding (corporate and personal)
- Engraving services (Fibre Laser & CO2 Laser)
- Banner and large-format printing
- Gift Items and Custom design services
- Trophy Fabrication and memento Crafting
3. Orders & Acceptance
- All orders must be confirmed via our website, phone, or WhatsApp
- Orders are only processed after approval of the final design
- Once approved, the order is considered final and binding
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
4. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are provided in Kenyan Shillings (KES)
- Payment methods include:
- M-Pesa
- Cash
- Bank transfer (if applicable)
Payment Terms:
- Full payment or agreed deposit is required before production begins
- No work will start without payment confirmation
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are unavailable.
5. Design Approval
- Customers must carefully review and approve all designs before production
- Dibarts Designs & Printing is not responsible for errors (e.g., spelling, colors, sizes) after approval
6. Production & Turnaround Time
- Production timelines depend on order size and complexity
- Estimated timelines will be communicated during order confirmation
- Delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Equipment issues
- Unforeseen circumstances
7. Delivery & Collection
- Delivery is available within Voi Town and other locations at an extra cost
- Customers may also opt for pickup
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
8. Returns, Refunds & Reprints
Due to the custom nature of printing:
- No refunds once production has started
- No returns for correctly printed and approved orders
- Reprints will only be done if:
- There is a production error caused by us
- The final product does not match the approved design
9. Customer Responsibility
You agree that:
- You own or have permission to use any logos, images, or designs submitted
- Your content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or laws
Dibarts Designs & Printing is not liable for unauthorized use of third-party content.
10. Intellectual Property
- All designs created by Dibarts Designs & Printing remain our property unless otherwise agreed
- We reserve the right to display completed work for marketing and portfolio purposes
11. Limitation of Liability
Dibarts Designs & Printing shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Delays beyond our control
- Minor color variations due to printing processes
12. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has started
- Deposits are non-refundable
13. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya, including the Data Protection Act, 2019.
