1. Overview

At Dibarts Designs & Printing, all our products are custom-made based on customer specifications (designs, sizes, colors, and quantities). Because of this, our refund policy is strict but fair.


2. No Refund Policy (Custom Orders)

  • All sales are final once production has started
  • We do not offer refunds for:
    • Change of mind
    • Wrong information provided by the customer
    • Approved designs with errors (e.g., spelling, layout, color choices)

  • 3. Deposits & Payments

  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Full payment is required before delivery
  • Once payment is made and production begins, it cannot be reversed

  • 4. Eligible Cases for Reprint or Refund

    We will offer a free reprint or partial/full refund ONLY if:

  • The product has a printing defect caused by us
  • The final product is significantly different from the approved design
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • ???? In such cases, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order


    5. No Refund Situations

    We will not issue refunds or reprints in the following cases:

  • Customer approved the design and later notices an error
  • Slight color variations (due to screen vs print differences)
  • Minor size or alignment differences within acceptable limits
  • Delay caused by courier or external factors

  • 6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before production starts
  • Once production begins, cancellation is not allowed

  • 7. Return Process (If Applicable)

    If your order qualifies:

  • Contact us immediately via phone or email
  • Provide:
    • Order details
    • Photos of the issue
  • Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

  • 8. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed via:
    • M-Pesa reversal or transfer
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 3–5 business days

  • 9. Customer Responsibility

    Customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing and approving designs carefully
  • Providing correct order details
  • Ensuring availability to receive deliveries
